Q. Can i book and not pay my 20% booking fee?


No unfortunately bookings cannot be secured without a booking fee or full payment. This is due to the background work involved i.e arranging staff

***Q: I have a party booked but i want to cancel it because of COVID-19/Local Lockdown restrictions can I have a refund?***


A: Unfortunately we are not offering refunds at this present time however we do have 3 options available for you


1. Move your job to a date you have in mind within a year of your original booking date


2. Put your booking on hold until you are ready within a year of your original booking date


3. Use the balance paid towards different item(s) within 12 months of your original booking date.


Q: I need to cancel my booking with less than 7 days notice do I get a refund?


A: unfortunately with less than 7 days notice the full balance is payable as we will have turned away customers and may not be able to re book the items out


Q. Can you do an inflatable on concrete/flags or artificial grass?


No unfortunately it is not safe to do this as there is no safe way of anchoring the castle to the floor without 165kg per anchor point (minimum 6 anchor points per inflatable) if you are unsure please send us a picture of the area.


Q. Do you provide safety mats?


A. Yes safety mats are provided with all Bouncy Castles and other inflatable items where appropriate.


Q. What time will it be set up?


A. This depends on the time of your event and if it is in a venue or your garden. We try to fit in with what you want but normally deliver between 30 minutes to 15 minutes before your event starts or when it suits you at home dependant on which equipment you are hiring.


Q. How many children/adults are allowed on at once?


A. This depends on the size of the castle and the age of people using the Bouncy Castle. Recommended number and height of users are advised on our arrival depending on whch castle you hire.


Q. Can I mix ages?


A. No, this is not a good idea. It is best to either have a separate Bouncy Castle or to only allow children of a similar age and size on at the same time.


Q. How long does a day's hire last?


A. This can vary depending on your venue, how long your party is and how long you would like the inflatables. We try and fit in with when you would like them delivered but we are only human children's castles are normally picked up between 6-7 latest during summer hours and 5-6 winter hours due to safety


Q. Is your equipment safe?


A. Yes, all of our inflatables are tested each year to ensure that they reach strict safety standards. All our electrical equipment is PAT tested each year.


Q. How much space do I need to fit in a castle?


A. Obviously the more space you have the better. You will need more space at the front and back to allow for the blower and mats. 1-2 foot either side and 3-4 foot at the back for the blower. Height wise you need at least 1 foot above the height of the castle to allow for movement


Q. Can I put a Bouncy Castle indoors?


A. Yes, many of our inflatables are designed to go indoors and we have been to many venues in the local area please ask if you are unsure.


Q. Are dogs or small animals allowed on?


A. No, dogs and small animals should not be let on the inflatables as it could cause damage to the castle if this does occur there will be an additional charge for repair/replacement dependant on the damage caused.


Q. When it's hot can I put water on the slide?


A. No! If water and or any detergent has been applied to ANY of our equipment there will be an additional charge to the hirer due to us then having to then clean/dry the equipment.


Q. If we turn up and the castle does not fit or the area is unsuitable do I get a refund?


A: Unfortunately not as your booking has prevented that item from being booked out.


Q. What if it's a wet day and i want to cancel?


A. As long as we have not delivered the inflatable then you can cancel. In adverse weather conditions or high winds that have been forecasted WE may have to cancel your booking due to safety this is a last resort on our behalf. As all bookings require a booking fee there will have already been a 20% payment made to secure the items, this enables you re arrange your booking to a different date or transfer that payment to a different booking. However, we would be grateful if you could ring early in the morning (between 8am and 9am) if you intend to cancel and there will not be a cancellation fee added.


Q. How do we know that you are reliable?


A. Ask any of your friends who have hired an item from us! We pride ourselves on providing a professional, reliable service or check our feedback / facebook reviews


Q. Access to our garden is difficult - can you go up steps?


A. This depends on how many steps there are and the size of the garden. For the smaller items a couple of steps are not normally a problem but with the weight of inflatables we cannot do flights of stairs due to health and safety. If you have hired a venue and the lift is out of order unfortunately we will not be able to do the inflatable


Q. We have booked a Bouncy Castle and the birthday child is taken ill on the morning. Can we cancel?


A. Yes, as long as we have not delivered the equipment already, but please let us know as soon as possible. No Later than 9am


Q. Can the Bouncy Castle be used in wet weather?


A. Our inflatables are safe to be used in light showers and all extension cables are fitted with RCD's so would cut out if they became dangerous. However, in heavy or continous rain, inflatables should not be used. But please DO NOT turn the inflatable off


Q. Can my Teenager go on a child's castle?


A. We have a Bouncy Castles and other inflatable perfect for teenagers and adults alike - please see the Adults' section for more information.


Q. We take great pride in our lawn - will the Bouncy Castle damage it?


A. The Bouncy Castle should only flatten the grass temporarily. We do also need to secure the Bouncy Castle to the ground using stakes.


Q. How are the inflatables secured down to stop them moving?


A. All our inflatables are pegged to the ground, if indoor we will use sand bags where necessary WE CANNOT USE SAND BAGS ON OUTDOOR HIRES due to health and safety laws.


Q. Do you accept card payments or cheques?


A. Yes You can pay via card using the link provided when you book online or in your confirmation email. If the 20% booking fee is paid the remaining balance is due in cash on delivery we have no other way to take payments on the day


Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.


If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.


Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.


WE OPERATE A NON ABUSE POLICY.!! IF OUR STAFF ARE VERBALLY OR PHYSICALLY ABUSED ALL CONTRACTS ARE NUL AND VOID. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF THIS HAPPENS TO ANY OF OUR STAFF. IF THE NEED ARISES THE POLICE WILL ALSO BE INFORMED
